“James.” his voice stagnated in the silence of his room walls, decorated with posters and old polaroids.
“Yeah?”
“Why are you so kind to me?”
James was caught off guard and made a stunned face before answering.
“I just think we’re really similar.”
Juhoon looked so shocked that James bursted out laughing.
“Is that so absurd?”
“I mean… if you were mocked at school too and felt like a weirdo all the time, then I don't think so.” Juhoon replied, ironically.
“What's wrong with being weird?” James asked. “I think you're cool.”or, when Juhoon moves to the suburbs, he has a hard time fitting in. Luckily, a group of weird kids at school and a charming guy at the skatepark don't seem to mind that he's different at all.
