Summary
Sion had looked at him worriedly, and he supposed the distraught omega pheromones were obvious to his alpha the same way he could pick up the alpha's distress earlier. He had gotten on his feet quickly, had lost his balance at the speed, and his head had pounded at the rush of blood. He had seen Sion reach out hesitantly to steady him, but he bolted anyway, rushed for the door and escaped to a booth outside where he could be alone rather than be with an alpha who didn't want him.
