“Arvid, please,” Liam pleaded. His gaze shifted to the door, worried someone could walk in at any moment. Part of him wondered what they would think if they saw this. “You’re okay, Arvid, it’s okay. Please just stop fighting yourself,” he said, the smallest twinge of desperation causing his voice to shake.
“I don’t want to hurt you,” he repeated, still weakly trying to pull out of Liam’s hold.
“You won’t.”
