Twenty-eight years ago, Murdoc shattered two lives with a single lie.
Paula left Gorillaz with a secret.
2-D spent nearly three decades believing the woman he loved had betrayed him.
Neither of them expected to see each other again.
They were never supposed to.
But some stories refuse to stay buried.
And when fate finally brings Paula and 2-D face-to-face, old feelings resurface, forgotten promises return...
...and the secret that destroyed them threatens to come to light.
But Murdoc has spent twenty-eight years making sure the truth stayed hidden.
And he has no intention of losing Paula now.
No matter the cost.
