Summary
It has been a year since Paula chose Murdoc over 2-D.
Everything has returned to normal.
Or at least, that is what everyone pretends.
2-D appears to have accepted their relationship.
The concerts.
The tours.
The interviews.
Life goes on.
Then, one morning in the middle of the tour, 2-D vanishes without warning, leaving behind his phone, his passport, and a note containing only two words:
I’m sorry.
Everyone panics—except Murdoc, who soon disappears as well.
Paula knows it cannot be a coincidence.
Together with Noodle and Russel, she begins searching for 2-D. But what they uncover next is beyond comprehension.
