I've seen a bunch of discussion on what my best friend @ShaneHollanderHockeyPlayer does in his free time. Here's your answer.
That's what a regular visit from Uncle Shane looks like:

Thank you @roselandry for starting the "Shane is a good singer" love train, here are our contributions!! As the SAPs of the Centaurs, we experience his singing A LOT 🫢
[The attached video shows Shane Hollander in Cassie and Zane Boodram's kitchen, together with all other SAPs of the Ottawa players. Judging by the dozens of already finished baked goods and mixing bowls with different types of batters and doughs, the video was taken a little over a month ago when the SAPs hosted a bake sale to collect donations for the Irina Foundation and other similar organisations around Ottawa. In between of the mixing of batters and asking to be handed ingredients, Shane sings "Supercut" by Lorde. He's the only one singing, as every other SAP is either focusing on their own thing, or otherwise engaging in conversations with each other. He sings perfectly on key.]

As to be expected by Shane Hollander, he is a skilled multitasker, as he's masterfully handling the Puck while also loudly singing along to "Rock Me" by One Direction.]

I've been waiting for a very long time to finally be able to share this. But, with the current discourse around @ShaneHollanderHockeyPlayer going on, it feels like i've finally waited long enough.

And while Shane sounds flawless, as he does in every other video that has been shared of his singing, Ilya sounds like a dying swan. He is very clearly not singing bad on purpose; he actually doesn't have the skill. I've been scrolling through all the videos of my son @ShaneHollanderHockeyPlayer being caught on camera singing and thought that it would be a good idea to do some digging through our old tapes.
This may actually come as a surprise to many, but he has always been like this. Always singing to himself, but when he was younger, he'd only do it when he was sure no one would hear him. Which is why there unfortunately aren't too many videos of our Shane singing when he was a child, except for this one! ❤️
