Shane thought about the unseen force choking Ilya in the photo booth, about the invisible enemy snapping Sasha’s neck. Slow dawning horror spread through his body. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he lied.
“Yes, you do,” Ilya said, his chest heaving like he’d just run sprints. “What did it look like?”
He would have to pry that information from Shane’s cold, dead body. At this rate, it wouldn’t take very long for him to end up that way.
