But Leia had long ago understood that she was a much more complicated being that she had initially thought, especially in the fields of emotions, and that often she couldn’t explain certain wants and needs of her own: it had started with Han, of course, the cause of so many of her problems yet the solutions to half already existent. The spark in the dark that lightened her tar black skies and the wrong-colored piece in the puzzle of her life that somehow fit in just right. And oh, no matter how much he would drive her insane, cursing and damning him so many damn times through the past years, she always found herself following the red thread back to the gentle touch of his arms and the soothing warmth of his presence.
