Summary
Tally Thall is a person who bases her entire life on freedom. She's spent her life fighting to freely express herself in any way she could, and has developed a stubborn kind of personality that equated loudness with happiness.
She reached out to Umamusume to provide a path for that freedom she so desperately desires, and it led her directly to Tracen Academy. However, that boisterous personality and dogged drive for that freedom gets her into trouble occasionally while searching for trainees to be by her side.
But what is freedom to someone who wants something impossible? Can one stand with only feeling the amount of free that is possible, or does the impossible weigh heavy upon your shoulders, never to be alleviated? Doesn't it hurt to pretend that this is enough for you?
