    There was a part of Castiel - one that sounded like Gabriel - that reminded the Angel that Sam and Dean wouldn't even know that his wings were in any way unusual.
    But logic did not stop the fear.

    Castiel had long since decided that he would never show either brother his wings... he decided that no one would ever see his wings ever again if he had a say in it.

    Of course, with Castiel's luck... he didn't exactly have a say in anything.
