Then Annabeth grabs his wrist and flips him over her shoulder, slamming him into the pavement. The crowd cries out, surging forward, but Reyna shouts, “Hold! Stand down!” calming them slightly.
Annabeth puts her knee on Percy’s chest and her forearm against his throat. “If you ever leave me again,” she says, her eyes glistening, “I swear to all the gods—”
Percy, not even a hint of fear on his face, laughs. “Consider me warned,” he says. “I missed you, too, Wise Girl.” Annabeth rises and helps Percy to his feet. Jason, off to the side and looking extremely awkward, clears his throat. “So, yeah.…It’s good to be back.” With that, the video ends.}
