Minomiya Yuriye
Straight black hair that she keeps back with a loose braid, light blue eyes and plainly pretty asymmetrical features. Average height of five foot three.
Ninja abilities include:
Taijutsu: average, specializes in take downs and captures rather than death.
Healing: Battle field healing, emergency healing and triage. Cannot do intensive surgery.
Ninjutsu: fairly high medium chakra reserves, a strong affinity for earth jutsu and water jutsu. Is working on learning fire jutsu to do glass beadwork in her spare time.
Genjutsu: straight up trash, can't do it.
Poison work: very good, learned from her mother. Can identify poisons and distill them but doesn't really like to work with them.
Infiltration: Can disappear in a crowd of ninja if she wants to and can disable all their traps. She's the vanguard of an invasion. She listens to gossip and that's how she gathers intel.
Sealing: Specializes in sealing scrolls. She makes them in her spare time and the logistics tower lovers her. She gets paid per scroll she puts out and she uses it as a reliable way to get funded for her plant hobbies.
Hobbies: Agriculture
Notes: The only reason she's not yet Toukubetsu Jounin with her elemental natures being three is her failure to keep Sasori in the village. She literally does not care and would rather just keep up with the plants.

Yamada Riku
Five foot nine, green eyes and straight light blonde hair kept long and tied back into a low ponytail. A burn scar on his neck hidden by his usual shinobi gear. Kpop Idol pretty but people who try to date him get turned off by the cheese hobby.
Ninja abilities include:
Earth sense: Think Toph beifong, except not as badass. He can manipulate only what he can see, but he can also feel so many things using the earth.
Ninjutsu: very strong earth ninjutsu and some bits of wind jutsu that he's still learning.
Shurikenjutsu: has insane aim, can do trick shots and ricochet. Basically a batman with his skill on angles. His ninja wire work is kind of nuts too.
Infiltration: He is a different sort of infiltration work than Yuriye since with his earth sense, he can pinpoint anybody from kilometers away. He can figure out the number of guards without needing to be there and can basically control the whole battlefield command that way.
Taijutsu: high average, working his way to being very good.
Genjutsu: basic level only
Poison work: very good. All his ninja wire is coated in paralytic and sparring with him is a pain in the ass.
Hobbies: Making cheese, eating cheese and figuring out a way to convert people to cheese
Notes: On his way to being promoted to Jounin but his paperwork hit a snaffu because his family is currently feuding with some shinobi in admin. He doesn't care and likes being chuunin.

Watanabe Himari
Short, curly dark red hair kept at a bob length, dark brown eyes and a wide, exuberant smile. She's got a round face and a sunny personality. Has an Uzumaki grandparent somewhere up there in her family tree that people like to gloss over.
Ninja abilities include:
Taijutsu: a beast. A-class absolute monster.
Ninjutsu: Her overwhelmingly large chakra reserves would make her a powerhouse, but she has poor chakra control. She instead excels in huge, chakra intensive work that doesn't need control or just chakra transfers to her teammates who can do it better than her. She's basically a chakra battery and she doesn't mind. Can do earth ninjutsu only.
Infiltration: can absolutely be a chameleon in that she can turn into anybody's best friend. She has blackmail on like, thirty percent of the chuunin work force because of this and isn't popular for it.
Bukijutsu: Can and will turn anything into a weapon, but her favorite is the rope dart that she can disguise as a belt accessory. Her back up weapon are poison darts.
Genjutsu: godsawful
Poison work: High average. She can and will fall back to using it, and as such, has a high tolerance for poisoning since she keeps accidentally licking her own fingers when making her poison batches.
Hobbies: Logistics and the flow of goods.
Notes: Would have been a Tokubetsu Jounin except that she keeps getting into arguments with the administrative shinobi about how to do their jobs better. She insists she's being helpful. The commander likes to affectionately call her a pain in the ass.
So basically, Himari and Riku were handpicked to be Yuriye's friends because they're as much as an oddball as Yuriye. Hahaha

Yamashita Hori
Sunglasses wearing, average looking Suna Shinobi with brown hair and brown eyes. He technically has red hair that he dyes brown since he doesn't want to stand out. Lowkey related to the First Kazekage's sister and was shunted off to ANBU when he was strong enough for protection. Height of six foot three and the build of a swimmer, long lean and packed with muscle.
Retired from ANBU work after an injury made him slower so he stuck to bodyguarding his cousin, Sasori.
Ninja abilities:
Taijutsu: A-class to S-class, he's very good.
Genjutsu: average. Can't fool s-classes but can fool some jounin.
Bukijutsu: knows his way well with a sword, a spear and a chokuto. Best weapon is a mace.
Ninjutsu: Knows wind jutsu and lighting jutsu. Reserves are S-class huge and he liberally uses lightning shocks in his taijutsu, making his opponents paralyzed. Secretly knows how to use the Iron Sand Technique but never uses it.
Infiltration: S-class. No one has ever sussed out that this random ass bodyguard for merchants is someone who's S-class capable.
Poison work: Average. Unlike the modern Suna shinobi that has at least one poison in their kit, he only has one poison and he uses it as a pain relief for his injured calf. Doesn't bother with poison synthesis and just buys it from the store like a plebeian. His cousin Chiyo is kind of disappointed in him.
Hobbies: Daydreaming of creative ways to torture his errant, runaway cousin.
Notes: Likes to hunt down his remaining student for bonding time, enjoys training recruits for ANBU preparation.

Minomiya Kirara
Long straight black hair kept on a tight bun with dark brown eyes. Very conventionally pretty and called a desert rose. Pretty, lovely and incredibly poisonous. Her temper is legendary and her patients report that they would rather go to ANBU torture rooms than spark that temper.
Ninja abilities:
Healing: A-class, only because Tsunade exists and she's a hack.
Taijutsu: high medium
Ninjutsu: water ninjutsu, which she calls useless in the desert. A-class if she has water sources.
Poison use: Very freaking good.
Infiltration: None. This woman cannot control her tongue and it's a miracle she's still alive.
Notes: She's that character who's very tsundere-like and is just all around a sharp person with a heart of gold. Became Jounin because despite her temper, she is actually a very good medic.

Minomiya Ryusei
Most ordinary looking man, if there was an average suna person picture in the dictionary, it would be this guy. Except for his light blue eyes, which indicates he had an Iwa shinobi ancestor at one point or another.
Ninja abilities:
Taijutsu: A-class, very good.
Ninjutsu: Earth jutsu and fire jutsu. Favorite move is a sinkhole under people's feet.
Bukijutsu: well rounded and can use any weapon, except his favorites are just knives.
Genjutsu: A-class.
Infiltration: S-class expertise on it. Taught Yuriye everything about this and is considered a bastard among all his friends since he can literally melt into the background when people are in trouble and not get scolded because they forgot about him.
Poison use: F-class Awful. Tolerance is very high, but can't for the life of him remember it's uses.
Notes: That awful poison use is actually how he met his wife and he fell in love with all the scolding. Which was a first for Kirara and that's how they dated.
