Summary
The house on Ember Island is as beautiful as Zuko remembers from his childhood, and as decrepit as he remembers from his last visit.
"You're sure no one has been here?" Suki asks, testing the porch steps with one foot before climbing up hesitantly. "It looks like somebody broke in."
Zuko cringes. The door is still hanging slightly ajar; he hadn't realised he'd kicked it that hard, but they might have to fix the hinges on top of all the other maintenance the house needs. "I guess I didn't mean nobody. My—me, Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee were all forced on vacation so the adults could discuss their horrible plans for the world in private. We didn't stay at this house, but I came here one night to think."
"And…kicked the door open?"
"It was locked," Zuko says.

"Do you have any idea what—I was so—we were worried! I had to track Jun down again to try and find you and even she couldn't track you. Where were you?"
Before Aang can get out any answers, or before any of the rest of them can get out any questions of their own—questions like where is Azula, for instance—Zuko is grabbing Aang and hauling him into a hug, or Zuko's approximation of one, which ends up looking a little more like a very affectionate chokehold.
