โฐโโคThis is a heavily canon-divergent Genshin Impact/Game of Thrones AU. Although the reader will have a romantic storyline with Alhaitham, romance is not the primary focus of the story.
Much like Game of Thrones, the story will follow multiple characters and their individual storylines. Some of these storylines will intersect, while others will remain separate. The reader will therefore not be the sole focus of the narrative, and some chapters will be told from other characters' perspectives.
The world, political structure, relationships, family ties, and lore have all been substantially altered to fit the AU. Visions and Archons do not exist, and some characters will have different personalities, motivations, or roles from their canonical counterparts.
I've also created a map based on the geography of Game of Thrones, adapted to include the territories of the Genshin nations. You can refer to it if you want a better understanding of the locations mentioned throughout the story.
Finally, because some Genshin characters have no established surnames or family backgrounds, I've created some of my own. I have also given the reader a family background where necessary for the plot, while avoiding unnecessary physical descriptions or details that would interfere with the reader-insert format.
