Summary
Henry sucks in a breath. "I wish you didn’t have to see this. You seem like a good person.” He whispers.
He takes another deep breath before his hands move to slide his body off the building when Grace suddenly grabs Henry’s hand. Smushing both their hands against the rough surface.
“Wait.” Its abrupt. It’s something Henry should've expected.
“Give me five days to at least try and convince you to stay.” Grace lets out a shaky breath. “Once those five days are up, I can’t promise to leave you alone—but I can promise you that I will help you find a reason to stay before those days are up. Please, Henry. Don't throw your life away.”
