   Summary

   When the latest round of college graduates joins Russian-owned finance firm Avangard Omsk, CTO Ilya Rozanov finds himself completely knocked on his ass.

   Thanks to Elena Rygg — his friend, Svetlana’s VP of HR — and her concept of new hire lunches where eager new hires sit down for lunch with their hiring managers and the C-Suite during their first week, Ilya found himself sitting next to their CFO, ancient Scott Hunter, and across from what was, frankly, the most beautiful man he had ever seen in his life.

   Fresh-faced college graduate Shane Hollander joined Avangard Omsk mostly due to their incredible benefits package and only partially due to the handsome man he’d seen on their leadership page.

   However, several years into their (unknown) mutual pining, disaster strikes when their company is purchased by the Canadian-owned Centaur Group. Without a Russian company to work for, Ilya no longer has a valid work visa and with Centaur Group’s new benefit plan, Shane finds himself unable to afford his necessary migraine medicine.

   If only there was a mutually beneficial solution to their problems…
