Summary
A Potions accident doesn't swap Sirius and Regulus Black's bodies.
It swaps their personalities.
Now Sirius has discovered manners, Regulus has discovered Dungbombs, Slughorn is questioning his career choices, and the rest of Hogwarts is having an existential crisis.
This is somehow less concerning than the fact that the Black brothers might finally start understanding each other.
