Summary
Remus Lupin has spent four years building a life he never expected to have — boats at dawn, a village that knows his name, and a quiet, uncomplicated kind of happy he chose for himself. He has absolutely no reason to think it's about to change.

This is a fic heavily inspired by Hometown Cha Cha Cha, although I've mostly only taken the major plot points. I've taken the liberty of adding and removing some as well, plus aging some of the characters up or down. If you haven't watched the show or want to, this fic might spoil some of the major character arcs.
