Hell wasn’t hot like they say. Hell wasn’t much of anything. It was dark and empty. It hurt in the way that numbness hurt. You felt the doctor prodding at you through the anaesthesia and had the horrible understanding that you’d been put under and that was the only thing keeping you from agony.
In Hell you were always torn open. You were a gaping wound that didn’t feel a thing. And fuck, you were alone.
