Usually, only Seungmin will send Yongbok to school because he insists Minho to rest a lot. Then, he will straight away go to work. But today, since he has his day off, Minho decides to come along. It's because her pregnancy got her clingier than normal, but no one mentioned anything about that and just pretended she wanted to come along for no reason.
"Have fun today, princess. We'll pick you up in a few hours so focus on your class and listen to your teacher, okay?" Seungmin says as he hugs his little girl, then he lifts her up so she can hug her mother as well.
A little more exchanges of 'bye' and 'I love you', they finally watch Yongbok walk away, hand in hand with an assistant teacher. They want to see her until she disappears behind the gate but their focuses change when they realise Yongbok's homeroom teacher approaches them. They bow to each other quickly as a sign of respect and greeting.
"Woah, today, Yongbok's Mama is here too" Hunjin greets, and Minho bows again slightly as a muscle memory response. The three adults look at the entrance almost simultaneously, but seeing that they can't find Yongbok anymore, they look at each other again.
"I'm really sorry, but if you have time, can we talk about Yongbokkie for a while?" The teacher asks politely. Instantly, Seungmin and Minho cannot help but feel slightly worried.
"Of course. What is it, teacher?" The father asks in no time. Hunjin seems to hesitate, or even doesn't know where to start, then she begins by trying to convey the message as politely as possible.
"Well...recently, we started practicing a song for Mid-Autumn celebration performance... so, I want to ask...
I'm really sorry but...
Why is Yongbokkie singing like that?"
Considering that is the most polite way she can come out with, Minho quickly looks away to hold her laugh. The parents know exactly what the teacher meant by that, and Seungmin cannot help but grinning like a fool, in love with his little girl's unique talent.
"Oh, you mean she sings in bass-baritone?" Seungmin casually asks, almost breaks into a laugh as well while Minho instantly hits his arm when she hears the term because it makes it harder for her to hold her laugh. In the meantime, the teacher feels so glad that the parents understand it so she nods eagerly.
"Yes. Don't get me wrong, she sings beautifully. But her deep voice when she sings scared other kids because they were too surprised" she rants, causing Seungmin to laugh right away. It's Minho's turn to look at the teacher and she nods in agreement.
"I was surprised when I hear it too. She sang right next to my ear, I thought a demon possessed my baby" she replies casually. It makes her husband laugh harder but the teacher doesn't know if she should laugh or not, considering she's not a part of the family. Seungmin finally gets to control his laugh, and he looks back at the teacher with a smile still linger on his lips.
"So, what do we do? Do you want us to tell her to sing using her normal voice?" He suggests, sound like he is totally fine with the idea but Hunjin shakes her head immediately.
"No, no! It's fine. After the first time, the kids are not scared anymore and they love her singing voice so much. It's just the teachers that got super confused on why would she sing so differently from her speaking voice, that's why I asked about it" she explains, she sounds so much lighter and casual now as if her concern has disappeared.
"Well, maybe because her grandmother loves Stray Kids's Felix, so she learned to do such voice from him" Minho suddenly explains, catches the teacher off guard while Seungmin chuckles.
"Babe, what a TMI" he comments as he looks at his wife, and Minho just giggles as an answer. Seungmin looks back at the teacher and excuse themselves before he bows "If there's nothing else, we would like to excuse ourselves"
"Oh, yes, of course. Please drive safely. Thank you!" Hunjin bows deeply, then watches the lovers walk back to their car, the wife clinging her hands around his arms as they giggle together. A smile blooms on the teacher's face, feeling less pressure now.
One thing for sure, their class's Mid-Autumn will be one of a kind, thanks to Yongbok.

Bonus :
A mother is pushing her son on the swing at the playground when she unintentionally steals a glance and eavesdrops the family on the swing next to theirs. What a unique family. Their daughter has a blue hair and all of them have exceptionally good looks. And as the father pushes the daughter on the swing, with every push, he sings a line
"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine"
Wow, what a beautiful voice, the mother monologues to herself, totally impressed by his voice just by two sentence but shortly after that, in the right tempo, the blue haired girl's pregnant mother who is on the next swing continues the lyrics while moving her swing back and forth using her legs.
"You make me happy, when skies are gray"
Holy- that sounds beautiful too! At this point this mother of a son is no longer focusing on playing with her kid and keeps listening to the other family instead, falling in love with the beautiful voices.
"You never know, dear" the husband sings.
"How much I love you" the wife adds.
"Sing it, princess" the father encourages suddenly and without further ado, the blue haired little girl sings with proud.
"Please don't take my sunshine away~"
The mother has to hold the swing's chains so tightly out of surprise that it stops the swing abruptly. Her son screams in panic but she doesn't care about that because she can't process a thought after hearing the little girl's voice.
That was deeper than anybody can expect! What was that?!
"Good job, sweetheart. Should we try playing the monkey bars now?" The honey-like voice lady offers her daughter, and shortly after, the unique family walks away, the little girl uses both hands to hold her parents' hands as she walks in the middle. The mother of the son just watches them leave, with her mouth open ajar.
As they get further, Minho asks without opening her mouth too obviously.
"Did we freak them out?"
Seungmin wants to laugh, but replies just as secretly.
"The boy doesn't even hear it. But I think the mother glitches" the terms used to explain the situation makes the three of them want to laugh but they hold themselves together so their prank doesn't get exposed. Yongbok enjoys the little mischievous family act so much, she begins to hop as she walks, singing out loud that makes the kids nearby flinch by the voice and the parents burst out laughing when she goes
"Too bad, I'm so flashy! Different? No, I'm unique! That's right, I'm so classy! Nobody can stop me. Comflex!"
