   Smack! His hand slapped at the top of the boards, desperately grappling for purchase, but he couldn’t keep hold of anything. His entire body burned, and he fought to hold his head up.

   His knees gave out, and his shoulder hit the walls of the rink, sliding down until he hit the ice with a dull thud.

   “Haas! Haasy? Hey, hey!” Roz. Luca knew that voice, would know that voice anywhere.

   OR
