Summary
Shane had three main gripes with Jello shots.
First, the colors they came in were offensive to the eyes. All neon, all looking like something that was not meant for human consumption. Second, instead of masking the burn of alcohol, the sickly sweet flavor only seemed to amplify it and stick to the back of his throat. And third, because Shane hadn’t quite gotten the Jello-technique down, he usually ended up chewing on the Jello which was just absolutely confusing to his senses.
