Your phone buzzed annoyingly, waking you from sleep. It felt early, your head was heavy . You turned over on your pillow deciding to ignore it until your alarm went off. Seconds later a second buzz, then a third. Your eyes opening blearily as it buzzed again, you reached across to grab your phone from the bedside table, blinking at the bright screen you saw several messages from an unknown number.

Ok, weird. The only person you knew who'd be up at this hour and message you from a burner phone like this would by Sylus; but something felt off. Sylus would never ask you for help like this. It would always come veiled under some other guise, an innocent ploy to get you to tag along, usually just for the fun of it, and only when he knew your safety could be guaranteed. He'd never expose you to real danger....
