   Summary

   Born in 1925, Joelle Rogers was Steve Rogers' younger sister until HYDRA stole her away after he disappeared into the ice, keeping her in cryostasis for decades. Rescued in 2014, she spends years adjusting to the future alongside her brother.
   After Thanos' defeat, Steve offers Joelle the chance to return to the past with him, but she chooses to stay. She returns to Brooklyn to check on Bucky Barnes, the man she's secretly loved for years.
