   Summary

   Miyo and Kiyoka got married after Naoshi Usui killed the emperor in a fire before subcoming to his own fate.
   This AU is what Miyo and Kiyoka could have become had the writers chosen not to retire them.
   To make it short, after an incident Miyo is moved into the imperial palace (not into harem or as a concubine dw) for her own safety and to be closer to Kiyoka when he works.
   Kiyoka unintentionally started climbing the ranks as is the perks of being childhood friends with prince Takaihito, now emperor Takaihito.
   I don't want to give too many spoilers but as the story progresses there will be a lot of drama, betrayal, politics and Miyo becoming more confident as is necessary to survive in the palace.
