   Summary

   In November of 2000, a young Tony Stark attends a gala where she meets renowned neurosurgeon Stephen Strange. Their chemistry is immediate, and they spend the night together before parting ways the following morning, each assuming it was nothing more than a one-night stand. Unknown to Stephen, Tony gets pregnant and chooses not to tell him. Instead, she raises Peter alone, never once regretting the decision despite the sacrifices it demands.
