   Summary

"With everything he’d ever loved or cared about on the line, Korkoran Kryze let the force flow into him for the first time in years and on the next surge of painful current, he released it.

   Satine screamed.

   Ahsoka gaped.

Almec flew backwards into the cell wall, his head splattering.

And in the middle of the Jedi Council chamber on Coruscant, as he and Anakin Skywalker debriefed their latest battle, Obi-Wan Kenobi fell to the floor in agony."

Ahsoka and the Cadets' rescue of Satine goes horrifically wrong and the Galaxy is forced to pick up the pieces. With Mandalore forced into the war and secrets spilling out of control, fate becomes a fickle friend in the face of growing darkness.

Alternate story line starting in the middle of Clone Wars 3x06: The Academy.
