Summary
Ormund Hightower died a failure, to his Prince and to his King, dying unceremoniously in what could only be described as a disaster.
He failed to keep his cousins on the Iron Throne.
Now, someone else has the chance to rectify that folly, no matter the challenges he goes through, as he realises Westeros as he knows it is not quite what it seems.
The Gold Dragon shall rise once more!

Yes, the whole scene with Desmera is meant to be bad. That's the entire point. Ormund gets her a loveless marriage with a man who hates her. Also, Ormund isn't going to succeed the whole time. This is one of those failures, where Ormund being an idiot causes his position to weaken, not strengthen.
Next up, Honeyholt.
