   "Got it~!" Clover exclaims, his golden eye now free from the cover of his hand. "The eye has spoken... You've got a lucky week! Hooray to you~!"

    

   Mallard's cyan eye pulses again, this time hurting even more. He ignores the urge to clutch the side of his head at he looks Clover dead in the eye.

    

   "No. I can tell that wasn't real. I didn't sense any energy."

    

   Clover's eyes widened, now slightly sweating as he took in the words. "Y-You- you have abilities too? So your eyes... That's not just regular heterochromia?!?"

    

   Mallard almost wants to laugh in his face. "In what world would a regular guy have red and cyan eyes? Last I checked, heterochromia doesn't do that."
