Summary
Ilya Rozanov was turned to covertly kill Russian politicians. He was the recipient of a defective serum swiped from the back of a shipping container. He was sicced on higher-ups to allow for his father to rise in the ranks, and was eventually sold to become a soldier for the Russian government, to kill enemies of the state.
Shane was first turned to become a propaganda device in the midst of a global lack of hope. He went from Captain Canada of the Montreal Metros to Captain Canada, fighting machine. He's a sign of hope, prosperity, and most of all a sign of pride. A national hero turned into a superhero.
But there's a spy in the Canadian government, a mole leaving tunnels in the load-bearing institution keeping the country from collapsing. And Shane and Ilya are the only people who can stop it.
