   Summary

   Dr. Ryland Grace, a disgraced COI molecular biologist has been trying, and failing, to regain his seat on the Council for half a year now. He's about to give up when Captain Ava drags him out of his stupor by showing him the biological anomaly that is the freshly resurfaced SM-13 and the barely breathing convict inside.
