It was a mildly normal day in Hogwarts. Well, as normal as a day can get there. Hufflepuff was talking quietly, joy practically radiating off of them. Ravenclaw was silent apart from books flipping and mild gossip travelling up and down the table. Gryffindor and Slytherin were exchanging insults, nothing out of the ordinary.
The doors suddenly opened and in came 7 figures. Percy Weasley, Gemma Farley, Oliver Wood, Cassiope Rarey, Penelope Clearwater, Klara Simons and Caspian Selwyn. One of the weirdest groups considering they never hung out together before.
“I’m so fucking tired.” Oliver muttered, rubbing his eyes. “Longest time you’ve ever gone without sleeping huh?” Penelop asked. “Shut up you prissy teapot.” Oliver groaned, collapsing onto the Gryffindor table.
Klara, a muggleborn who rarely talked to anyone outside of Ravenclaw because of shyness, was talking enthusiastically to Caspian, who didn’t talk to anyone who wasn’t a pureblood and worthy of his time (Bastard). Her hands flew out, nearly hitting Percy in the face before he stepped out of the way.
Gemma let out a stifled laugh as Percy rolled his eyes. “Professors. We have an announcement that someone decided they couldn't wait until we could tell you in private.” Percy said, glaring at Gemma who only smirked. “Go on.” Professor McGonagall prompted.
“We’re not who we look like. We have accidentally been launched from our world into these bodies around 4 days ago. We have a way to get back but our cores cannot handle it, leading to us asking for your help. Or our friends will pull through and manage to make a portal for us.” Percy said. “Oh? And what might your real names be?” Dumbledore asked intrigued.
“I’m Riddle Rosehearts, Housewarden of Heartslabyul. The boy known as Oliver Wood is Leona Kingscholar, Housewarden of Savanaclaw. Gemma Farley is Azul Ashengrotto, Housewarden of Octavinelle. Cassiope Rarey is Kalim Al-Asim, Housewarden of Scarabia. Penelope Clearwater is Vil Schoenheit, Housewarden of Pomefiore. Klara Simons is Idia Shroud, Housewarden of Ignihyde and Caspian Selwyn is Malleus Draconia, Housewarden of Diasomnia.” Percy introduced
“I noticed that your name doesn't especially match your gender I assume?” Hermione asked hesitantly. “You will be right. Everybody here is boys despite some in a girl's body.” Vil said. Klara or Idia as I should say, huffed.
“What are these housewardens you say you are?” Draco asked. “Mr. Malfoy, we should just send them home so-” Snape started. “It’s okay, we have time. I’m not all that interested in finding out what kinda chaos the Adeuce duo managed to create in my 4 days of absence.” Riddle interrupted. Leona puffed out a laugh.
“We come from Night Raven College, a school for all boys. I’m the Housewarden of Heartslabyul. We strive for order, law and strictness though typically, my card soldiers feel like a family to me. We are based under the Queen of Hearts. I’m not ashamed to say that I’m closer to 4 people than everybody else. Trey Clover, Cater Diamond, Deuce Spade and Ace Trappola despite all the…trouble they’ve created.” Riddle said, smiling fondly at the memory of his friends.
“I’m the Housewarden of Scarabia! Based on the Sorcerer of the Sands, we’re built on mindfulness, contemplation and planning. We also have parties but that’s mainly my doing. I’m really close to my Vice-Housewarden Jamil Viper but we’ve had a bit of a falling out so now we’re building our relationship back up from the bottom!” Kalim exclaimed, looking slightly forlorn while thinking of Jamil but brightening towards the end.
“Housewarden of Pomefiore. We look for tenacity, beauty and we have some of the best potion-crafters here. We’re based on the Fairest Queen and I’m rather close to Rook Hunt.” Vil said shortly, glaring at Leona as they seemed to have a mental battle.
“Octavinelle. We emphasise intellect, business acumen and benevolence. Based on the Sea Witch. I’m also mildly close to Floyd and Jade Leech.” Azul stated. “Don’t make a deal with them.” Vil stage whispered. “Rude.” Azul said. “Truth hurts.” He shrugged
“Leona. Go.” Riddle said. “Ugh. Savanaclaw. Based on the King of Beasts, we look for persistence and athletic physical prowess. There. Happy?” Leona said. “Who are you close too?” Ron asked. “...Ruggie and Jack.” He admitted after a long pause. “DID YOU GET IT?” Azul suddenly shouted. “RECORDED!” Idia yelled back, looking positively delighted. “Send it to the group chat.” Riddle suggested. “Wait, don't you dare Radish Sprout.”
“Hmmm Too late.” Idia smirked. “Fuck.”

Idia smiled while Leona glared at him. “I’m going to fucking murder you.” He threatened. “Do the murder later. We still need to introduce ourselves.” Malleus said.
“I’m the Housewarden of Diasomnia. We look for immense magical power and a spirit of nobility and studying. We are based under the Thorn Fairy. I’m rather close to Lilia, Silver and Sebek.” Malleus said.
“I don’t want to.” Idia said. “Too bad. We all did it.” Azul said. “Housewarden of Ignihyde. We blend modern non-magical technology and diligent magical engineering. I have a little brother called Ortho I’m close to.” Idia said, hiding himself in his hoodie. “We’re also based off of the King of the Underworld.” He noted before hiding back.
“Anymore poking into our lives before we go?” Riddle asked sarcastically. Before anyone could respond, a portal suddenly opened. “Kalim!” A boy with long black hair that reached past his waist and sharp grey eyes ran towards him. “Jamil!” He cheered. “It’s such an unnerving sight, wait.” Jamil said, giving a small vial to the boy in a girl’s body. Kalim, with zero hesitation, drank the vial in 2 seconds flat.
Immediately, in a blink, a shortish boy with choppy white hair and ruby red eyes was standing in front of them with a bright smile. Cassiope began to fall backwards, mind now back in her body. Riddle caught her before gently laying her back down. “She’ll be unconscious for about 2 days for her body to settle back down.” Jamil said, looking at the professors. “So we didn’t even need to tell them our life story. Great.” Leona muttered.
Another boy burst out of the portal. Actually several boys. One had fluffy ginger hair with scarlet eyes and a heart drawn over his left eye. The second boy to come through had short navy hair, teal eyes and a spade over his right eye. The third boy had bright orange hair, leaf-green eyes and a diamond on his right cheek. The last boy who came through had short ivy-green hair, warm yellow eyes and a small clover on his left cheek.
“Housewarden/Riddle!” They yelled, moving towards him. He greeted them with a warm smile that didn’t exactly fit Percy’s face. Trey handed him the same vial as Jamil gave to Kalim, allowing Riddle to drink it.
As Kalim appeared in front of them, so did Riddle. He was shorter than most with red hair, blueish gray eyes and bangs that looked like a heart. “Are you okay?” The first boy asked. “I’m fine Ace. Thank you for coming to get me Deuce, Cater, Trey, Ace.” Riddle said, smiling at each of them in return. “Of course. We need a housewarden to fix what Ace did back home.” Trey teased. Riddle narrowed his eyes. “What.” He asked. “So uh like…” Ace stammered before going to hide behind Cater, who laughed.
“Why are we doing this here again?” Idia asked. “Because you’re still in other people’s bodies.” Leona said. “Oh shit I forgot.” He said. “You have fucking boobs.” Azul pointed out. “Yeah but like…y’know?” He said. “No. We really don’t know.” Vil said, dryer than the Sunset Savannah. Idia groaned.
That was when the portal flared into life again, releasing 2 almost identical twins. They both had sharp teeth and teal hair. The main differences were their hair, eyes and uniform. “Azulll!” The one with a yellow right eye and brown left eye said. “Hey Floyd.” Azul huffed out, reaching out for the vial in the other twin’s hand. “How’s the lounge?” He asked as he drank the potion. “Going great as usual!” Jade said. “I’m surprised Ruggie hasn’t robbed the place blind.” Azul said, picking himself up. He was back in his own body, light grey hair, blue-purple eyes and glasses.
“I would defend him but that’s something he would do.” Leona said, making several people chuckle. Now what was the Hogwarts population doing? Ravenclaw was whispering frantically, writing down every observation to study later on. Slytherin was muttering in between themselves, looking at Caspian before flicking their eyes back to the unconscious form of Gemma Farley, looking unconcerned unless you knew how to look. Gryffindor was enjoying the spectacle because of course they were. And Hufflepuff was holding back squeals, especially at Ace and Riddle.
The portal once again showed through by tossing three boys. The first one burst through, having yellow-green eyes in vertical slits and green hair, yelling “WAKA-SAMA!” The second one got tossed through, looking completely done with life. He had silver hair and a mix of light blue and light purple eyes. The last one had deep red eyes and black hair with magenta highlights.
“Lilia. Sebek. Silver.” Malleus smiled at them, drinking the potion that Lilia had handed to him. His body materialised in front of them. He had bright green eyes, horns and black hair with elf like ears and fangs. “Are you a creature?” A Slytherin asked, looking nervous. “We’re faes!” Lilia smiled, hovering in the air.
Now, you know the drill. The portal opened with a bam, shoving a robot? Through before going back to a state of…something. “Nii-san!” The robot shouted. It? He? had fiery blue hair. “Ortho!” Idia shouted, looking excited. He picked up the vial left by him and drank it quickly. The new boy standing in front of them had the same flaming blue hair as well as yellow eyes and sharp teeth. “You’re hairs on fire!” Hermione shouted, looking worried. “It’s a family curse.” The pair said in unison. “Family?” Ron asked. “He’s my little brother. Don’t ask. Seriously, don't.” Idia said, for once not talking in gamer slang. “O…kay?” Harry said, looking confused.
“Last 2 people to turn back then we’ll get out of here.” Trey said.
The portal came back in a swirl of mist for the third last time, allowing 2 people to elegantly step through. One had a blonde bob and and hunter green eyes while the other had lavender coloured hair and bright light blue eyes, looking rather feminine that if they didn’t say they went to an all boys school, someone would have mistaken him for a girl. “Epel. Rook.” Vil smiled at them, drinking the potion. “Ça va ? Comment te sens-tu ? Tu es toujours aussi magnifique, même dans un autre corps ! Ta beauté transcende les univers, Roi du Poison.” Rook said. “What?” Pansy asked. “Simp.” Draco coughed out.
“You understand him?” Epel asked. “I was taught French. It’s not hard.” Draco muttered out. Vil suddenly appeared in front of them. He had light purple eyes and blonde hair that transferred into purple tips.
“He’s so pretty!” A girl from Hufflepuff whispered. “Holy shit.” A boy from Gryffindor murmured out. Vil only smiled.
The portal opened for the second last time. If portals could look frustrated, it would. It allowed for 2 people to walk through. They had tails and ears. One had sandy blond hair with green gray eyes. The last one to walk through had silvery white hair and golden brown eyes. “Took you long enough.” Leona grunted, making it exceptionally weird in Oliver’s body. “Boss, we have blackmail now.” The one with hyena ears said with a smile. Leona only groaned, glaring at Idia who eeped and hid behind Malleus. He then drank the potion, getting his normal body back. He had emerald green eyes with brown hair and lion ears and tails.
“Now that we’re finally back, I suggest taking your students back to the infirmary to rest up.” Riddle said, looking down at the 7 sleeping bodies.
“Of course. I’ll get them there immediately.” McGonagall stood up unsteadily. The houses were all displaying a sense of unity through this ridiculous time. “Thank you all for housing us.” Azul nodded politely. “You have a beautiful castle!” Kalim cheered. “I’m pretty sure our dorms beat these by a million.” Idia pointed out. “They do.” Kalim said just as cheerfully. “We’ll be taking our leave now.” Malleus said before walking through the portal.
Everybody followed his lead, saying out byes and waving. Except for Jamil, Leona and Sebek. Jamil because he looked like he needed a break because honestly, what was wrong with Night Raven College? Seven overblots, sleep via dragon and now dimension travel? Leona just wanted a nap, let's be real and Sebek was too busy worrying over his Waka-Sama.
“Are we sure that wasn’t a fever dream?” Mandy asked as the portal closed behind Ortho. “It’s either we all had the same dream or other dimensions exist.” Blaise pointed out. “Naturally.” Fred and George said, looking slightly worried at Percy who was being levitated out. "I need to lie down." Hermione said before fainting. Snape only sighed, looking suitably annoyed at everyone and everything.
