Summary
Megumi knew he was possessive. That was not something he’d associated with jealousy. Inside jokes, quiet nights spent mostly in silence, but by his side nonetheless, movie dates, and the small things. He liked being able to order for Yuuji when they went places without having to confer with him. He liked knowing his sizes and bringing things back for him from trips to stores with Kugisaki. Megumi liked showing off that he knew Yuuji more than most, knew him in the way you would know a lover and someone you existed with as one for years. He was possessive in the way that his teeth and hands, his nails, marked freely and unapologetically. He colored Yuuji with blooming bruises where people would see and know that he had been there. That Yuuji was his and he was Yuuji’s.
Which he thought meant jealousy wouldn’t have been a problem.
