The words took a moment to sink in. When they did, Jimin's pulse stuttered. "You—before you even talked to me?"
"I saw you through the window of the holding area. Sitting on that bench with your torn shirt and your angry little face, looking like you wanted to fight everyone in this building." Jeongguk's thumb pressed harder against Jimin's lip, slipping just past the wet seam of it. "I decided right then."
"Decided what?"
"That I was going to have you."
