Summary
On a Friday night, you and your friends make your way to the karaoke bar you frequent for some drinks and music. You stay against the wall to avoid your friends pressuring the mic into your hand, and between the flashing lights and moving bodies you continue meeting eyes with the same man you had never seen before. In every room you find him, most of the time across the room or at the bar, until halfway through the night you turn away from your friend and find him standing right next to you. There's no words exchanged, just intense eye contact, and as you smile at him he turns away from you. He's captivated you now with his guarded and mysterious aura but he escapes from every opportunity for conversation. At the end of the night, as you're leaning against the wall to steady yourself after another shot, you hear a voice in your ear and quickly turn to find him looming over you before he turns and walks up to the stage, where he meets your eyes once again before leaving the bar. At night's end, you can only remember your final glimpse of him, your need to see him again, and the nickname "Suga."
