   Summary

   The raven that carried the word of prince Valarr’s passing to Summerhall came long days ago. Daeron felt numb and like the world had no place for him, broken by the news, saddened to have failed to say goodbye. Days later, he got his chance – if a tad late.

   Valarr wrote a letter for him just before he died. All Daeron needed to do now was find the strength to read it.
