   Summary

   When Tobias' dad has to take a business meeting out of the country for the week, he invites Tobias cousins Adam and Sarah to keep Tobias company at his house, especially knowing his current state. Tobias struggles seeing Adam around and is scared to even sleep, to make matters worse his imaginary friend Joe keeps planting seeds in Tobias' head. But when his younger cousin Sarah starts to hear Tobias talk and argue with himself, she gets his friend, Liv to help bring him to a therapist and to get him some help. Although the new medication Tobias starts to take prescribed for schizophrenia making his imaginary friend, joe disappear forever, leaves Tobias at breaking point when Adam attempts to harm him again
