A spare

Summary:

Sharpness was always a very forgetful boy. Every day he forgot his backpack at home, so he made a deal with his desk mate, Judelow. Sharpness needed school material when he forgot it and Jude needed a helper for the robotics club.

The problem is that today Sharpness did bring everything, he no longer needed him and his stuff.

And Jude doesn't know how to ask him to keep needing him.

Notes:

Hiya! I wanted to write a one shot so here is it. Sorry for the bad grammar or confusing stuff, im using a translator and i have no beta reader (;ω;) I have to continue my other fic but im lazy asf ughhh

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Judelow never talked to his desk mate. He only knew his name, Sharpness.

Known as the star of the basketball team and for little more. He had a lot of fame for being very absent-minded, but Jude didn't expect him to be that absent-minded. The blond had spent 4 days in a row forgetting his backpack, he stayed staring at nothing in classes, he never took notes because he didn't even have notebooks or pens. Today was not an exception.

He glanced sideways at Sharpness, who was sitting at the desk next to him, he wasn't carrying a backpack, as always. Sharpness cleared his throat noisily, trying to get Jude's attention, who simply ignored him. After a few failed attempts to get Jude's attention, Sharpness decided to talk to me directly.

"Sorry, uh your name was Judelow right? do you have a spare sheet and a pencil?" Murmured the one with tied up hair.

"Yes." He didn't even look away from his notebook, it was obvious what the blond wanted.

"Could you lend it to me then?"

"No. Why should I?"

He didn't have to lend anything to the blond. They weren't friends, it wasn't his obligation, he should learn to think and start bringing things. Jude was not going to lend him anything in any way, if he did he would never learn to bring things.

"I'll do you any favor you want every time you lend me something."

For a moment Jude's eyes showed a small shine.

Change of plans. He needed a helper for his projects in the robotics club. Parker was traveling these months so he had been left alone. A little help would not come bad, it's a good offer for just lending him some pens and a sheet of paper.

"Deal. After classes I want to see you in the robotics classroom, you better keep your word." Exclaimed the one with purple hair sketching a smile while he extended a pair of pens and a black notebook to him.

The hours passed, the whole day was very boring. At recess he spent it with Tai's group of friends since his own hadn't come, and let's say they weren't very nice. He was exhausted, it was already 14:54, only 6 minutes left and he could go to his favorite classroom, the robotics club. Recently he had become president of the club, along with his two friends Parker and Cow, since the old president, Shadow, went to a new grade and unfortunately had to leave the club.

The alarm rang noisily, taking him out of his thoughts. He took all his things from the table and threw them directly into the backpack without even ordering them. He got up from the chair and put the backpack on one shoulder while he walked at a fast pace to the robotics classroom.

For his surprise, when he arrived Sharpness was already there. Judelow didn't even trust that Sharpness would keep his word, but there he was, on the floor on his knees apologizing to a girl with the dress soaked with spilled coffee. He already supposed what had happened.

"Can't I leave you alone for five minutes right?" Jude took him by the arm and forced him to get up while the girl went to finish her project.

"I-I wanted to bring you a coffee for having lent me stuff and well uh..." Murmured Sharpness while he scratched the back of his neck, the blush went up his cheeks, which he tried to hide by covering himself with his other hand.

"It doesn't matter, forget it, it wasn't even necessary." The one with purple hair sat at a table near the window and made a sign to the blond to sit next to him, which he did.

"And uh what am I supposed to have to do?"

"Ok look I'll explain." Jude put on his safety glasses and extended a pair to Sharpness. "You're going to help me make my project for the annual science fair of the institute, there's little left for it to arrive and my projects always tend to be the most brilliant, and I want it to continue being like that." While he was talking, he got up to uncover a kind of animatronic that was covered behind a sheet and knelt next to it inspecting it. "But a few days ago my partner, Parker, went on a trip, so you'll be my helper, just for today."

"Oh that sounds good, but aren't there 7 months left for the science fair?" Asked the blond while he crouched next to the other boy.

The robot he had in front of him was still a prototype, it didn't even have the whole endoskeleton yet. He had planned to make Bonnie from Five Nights at Freddy's but Parker told him it was a childish idea. But Parker was no longer there so why would he have to listen to him?

"Well, better to start early, so I'll have more possibilities to impress people, don't you think?"

"Ah yes well, you're right." Jude could see how Sharpness's Adam's apple moved, swallowing saliva uncomfortably. "A-and what do you need me to do?"

"I need someone with strength to help me carry the pieces and to tighten the screws for me and that kind of thing. I don't have much strength in my arms and I've heard that you do sports often so I suppose you can do it, right?"

"Oh of course, I can do that heh."

After explaining the basics of Arduino and other things to Sharpness, they got down to work with the mechanics.

Jude was sitting on the floor with his legs crossed, with the purple sweatshirt full of grease. In front of him, was Sharpness, crouched, holding the aluminum torso of the robot with both hands while Jude tightened its screws to keep it straight.

"J-Jude I can't take it anymore, it weighs too much"

"Calm down, there's little left, after I'll invite you to something. Don't let go of it. If you do it will crush me and you'll have to pay for my funeral." Said the one with magenta eyes without looking away from the robot.

"I won't let go of it, it's just that it weighs a lot dude Can't you make robots that weigh less? Like paper or cotton."

"If it were paper it would be as useful as you."

"Hey! What does that mean?" Sharpness frowned and on purpose took his hands off the torso of the animatronic for a few seconds, which caused the robot to lean towards Jude.

"Sharpness, I told you to stay still!"

"It wasnt on purpouse!" Exclaimed the blond with a mischievous smile showing on his lips. "He wanted to get closer to you, I think he likes you."

Jude gave him a slap on the knee but the other didn't react. He leaned over to connect the cable of the shoulder motor. It let out an annoying buzz when he put his arm in the shoulder hole. The arm rose by itself due to some coding error and hit Sharpness right in the face.

Judelow laughed loudly backwards while trying to hold back tears from laughter.

"Dude stop, it's not funny what are you laughing at!?" Sharpness rubbed his nose with his hand, frowned when he saw Jude laughing at him, so he took the arm that was not yet connected and gave him a slap in the face of the other.

Jude rubbed his cheek feeling the sting of the metal against his skin. In a matter of seconds his expression changed from laughter to irritation.

"Fuck you, you're a horrible helper. It would complicate things less for me to be alone than to be with an idiot like you."

"Then do you want me to leave?"

"No."

"What a tsundere you are dude."

"I'm never lending you my stuff again dude, I hope you forget them every day because I'm not going to lend them to you again." Jude got up, getting up from the floor while he took off the protective glasses.

"It was a joke, come on dude it was a joke!"

Jude rolled his eyes but didn't respond.

"Well, it's getting late, it will be better that we go home." Jude looked up towards the wall clock that marked 16:23. He had spent more than an hour explaining the basics to Sharpness and another hour assembling the pieces. There was no one left in the classroom, everyone had left about an hour ago more or less. They hadn't advanced much in the project, but Sharpness helped more than when he was alone, it was a good help. But surely this help would not last long, surely the blond little by little will remember to bring his own notebooks and pens.

"But you told me you'd invite me to something when we finished." Said the blond while he put his hands together and put puppy eyes on Jude.

How had he remembered what Jude said but he didn't remember something as simple as taking his backpack in the mornings?

"Fuck I forgot..." Murmured Jude between teeth "Ok, I know a good cafeteria near here, we can have something there I suppose."

"Yaaaaayyyy!!" Shouted the other, enthusiastic, he took him by the arm and dragged him out of the building.

The next day, Jude supposed that Sharp would have brought the backpack, since yesterday he didn't stop complaining in chat about how tired his arms were and that he would never want to do it again. Ah, I forgot to mention it by the way, yesterday Sharpness asked him for his phone number and they didn't stop talking, they weren't very varied topics, but it was fun talking to someone different.

"Can you lend me a notebook and some pens? Please Judeeeeyyy my cat ate my stuff" Sharpness sat at the desk next to him while shaking Jude's shoulders.

"Cats don't eat plastic, but ok I guess." He extended an extra notebook with a black cover that he didn't use and some pens of different colors. "But remember the deal. Today in the robotics classroom, like yesterday."

"Yes, yes, understood. But then you'll invite me to a coffee again right Judey?"

"I don't promise anything."

Sharpness made a pout while pretending to cry outraged with his head hidden between his arms. "Why are you so cruel Judeeeyy? I thought we were friends!"

Did he really believe that for one day of hanging out together they were friends? What a weird guy.

"Ok, ok, after working I'll invite you to what we had yesterday. But stop crying like a little kid." Said the one with purple hair while giving in to the blond's request.

"I knew you would give in, you're the best Judey." Sharpness looked at Jude, sketching a smile while giving him a caring hit on the shoulder.

Sharpness had spent 4 months without carrying a backpack. He never carried it, Jude got used to it. He already had a notebook personalized, only for Sharpness, that they had decorated it together. After hours of work in the robotics club, Jude decided to change location one day and took him to the shopping mall instead of his usual cafeteria, where the blond saw some super cute stickers and decided to stick them to the black notebook that Jude always lent him. He also bought a white marker, and to try how it painted, he wrote S+J on the corner of the notebook cover.

The two boys became quite close, what's more, Jude considered him his best friend and always mentioned it frequently to the other, although Sharpness never told it to him.

Jude already knew much better Sharpness. When he was nervous he started speaking Serbian without noticing it and when he noticed it he got even more nervous, when he got angry he growled like a dog about to attack someone, when he was happy he started going around Jude like a little dog.

Jude really enjoyed a lot the company of the one with emerald eyes, spending time with him was always fun although he would never admit it in front of others. In reality, Judelow didn't even need Sharpness's help, since 2 months ago Parker returned from his trip. But he had gotten so attached to Sharpness that he couldn't avoid telling him. So he simply asked Parker to go do some other project with another person.

Sharpness meant a lot to him. And he knew that Jude also meant a lot to Sharpness since to spend time with him every day, he decided to leave the basketball team to be able to help him every day. Jude told him not to do it, but the blond had already unsubscribed definitely with the excuse that 'it tired him a lot'. As if picking up metal pieces and almost being electrocuted by badly placed cables was much better.

The blond always mentioned to his friends how great Jude was, and that increased Jude's popularity. Now he had the reputation of the 'nice guy' only cause Sharpness didn't stop talking well about him. It was satisfying to know that he talked so much about him, but on the other hand it was a bit annoying since now everyone asked him for favors.

They also used to play together on Saturday, always. It was like their routine, they never skipped it, even if they had plans, they canceled them just to play together. Sometimes Jude shouted at the other since he never stopped singing on discord while the one with purple hair was about to burst with rage for being killed by a creeper. Sharpness was a total idiot, but I guess he liked idiots.

All his friends said it. 'You spend too much time with him.' 'Dude he's taking advantage of you because you buy him things.' 'When he starts carrying his own school material you'll see how he stops talking to you.' Jude simply ignored them. They didn't know Sharpness, they only knew he was popular, popular people didn't have to always be bad, it was an absurd stereotype. Why did they believe Sharpness would be like that to him? Jude knew Sharpness would never leave him. He didn't promise it, but it was something obvious.

That's what Jude thought until Sharpness stopped needing him.

It was another normal day for Jude, he had arrived earlier than Sharpness as usual. He stayed sitting looking through the door, waiting to see a blond hair head enter through the door. Which happened after a few minutes of waiting.

But unlike always, today Sharpness was carrying his backpack hanging from his shoulder.

Well, surely it was empty, right? Sharpness was so absent-minded that he saw him capable of taking his backpack but forgetting to put things inside.

"Good morning, Jude" Said the blond while messing up his hair with one hand, sitting at the desk next to him.

"Morning" Jude tilted his head to see Sharpness's backpack, which was next to him, on the floor. "So... today you carry backpack huh?"

"Yes, today I finally remembered!" Exclaimed happy the blond while he took the backpack and rubbed it on the face of the other boy "Pretty right? Heh"

"Yes uh... And did you bring the notebooks and that stuff?"

"Yep"

"Oh, that is uh pretty good."

"I know!"

The conversation ended there. They didn't talk again the rest of the classes. This was one of the worst days of high school for Jude. It was uncomfortable, Sharpness no longer made his typical jokes and didn't spend time bothering Jude in classes. He was just quiet looking at the blackboard. He didn't pay attention to the other boy not even once.

When the classes finished Jude picked up his things and went straight to the robotics club. He had clear that Sharpness would be there, I mean maybe today he didn't have to lend him anything, but that didn't mean he wouldn't be there, right? He knew Sharpness appreciated him as a friend, he wouldn't leave him thrown away. There was little left to finish the work they were doing together. Jude promised him that after finishing their animatronic he would invite him to a dinner to compensate him for all his effort. How was Sharp going to leave him thrown away now? It was something impossible.

He wasn't there. Well, what does it matter? surely he would appear in a couple of minutes. He will have gone to the bathroom and got locked in there, typical of him.

Jude sat on the floor next to the animatronic, which was covered with a white sheet. He decided to order a little the pieces around and checked if the arduino code was well placed. But he didn't start assembling the pieces or making progress yet, he wanted to wait for Sharpness.

10 minutes.

20 minutes.

30 minutes.

40 minutes.

50 minutes...

Jude got tired of waiting. Some people were already leaving, he wasn't going to wait more. Where the fuck had that idiot gotten? Jude took out the mobile and opened the chat with Sharpness.

Saturday 21:58 PM

K

They didn't talk again. From that day, the blond started bringing his own things. Jude tried to converse with Sharpness in the classes, making occasional jokes, asking him how was the day, but nothing worked. Sharpness answered him, but in a dry way and didn't cooperate to continue the conversations. It had been a long time since he had a conversation in conditions with Sharpness. He only asked him the time from time to time or asked him if he could share his food, which Jude always did.

Jude still asked him every Saturday if he wanted to play, to which Sharpness only left those messages on seen. After a few days of insisting asking if he had done something wrong, Sharpness blocked him. Jude stayed rereading his old chats with Sharpness, sometimes he laughed at their old jokes together and others he started crying when thinking about the situation in which they were now.

Everything reminded him of Sharpness. He couldn't go to a cafeteria without remembering those moments with him, he couldn't go to sleep without thinking about the nighttime conversations he had with him, he couldn't even see the green of the field because it reminded him too much of the dazzling emerald gaze of Sharpness. He tried to make new friends, but he always ended up comparing them with Sharpness.

He still kept the notebook that he always lent to Sharpness, but he never opened it again. It hurt him too much to open it, he just spent it looking at the cover and remembering every time they put those stickers, together.

Why was he so sad? It's not like they had spent years being friends, they didn't have any romantic relationship, Sharpness was only a casualty in his life that then became a good friend of his. This shouldn't affect him at all. But it affected him to the soul.

Sometimes he had very abrupt mood changes, between hating Sharpness, longing for him with all his soul, getting sad for his loss as if he was crying for a dead person, and he even came to miss him so much that he pretended that the wall of his room was Sharpness.

Jude couldn't be worse, he didn't have desire for anything. He had stopped going to the robotics club 2 weeks ago, his friends asked him what happened between Sharpness and him, to which, Jude only responded with an uncomfortable silence while trying to control the tears that threatened to come out. He tried to stay normal, but Sharpness sits next to him and that only gave him a bitter reminder that this didn't affect him. He was happy, as always, what's more, sometimes he seemed happier, he had joined again the basketball team and hung out with other friends more often.

Jude was completely fine, that was what he told himself while he checked his chat with Sharpness daily trying to understand what he did wrong. His family started to worry since his grades had gone down and he didn't look as animated as usual. Jude explained what happened to them and that gave him the courage to tell it also to his friends.

Jude was in a group video call on a Friday night, he had told them that today he would tell them something that was consuming him alive, and of course all of them accepted the video call.

"Ok so eh..." Jude made a pause before continuing talking. The words got stuck in his throat "I wanted to talk about the topic of Sharpness. I don't know if you noticed, but that was what had me so sad these last weeks."

Flankee amazed, opened his mouth to talk, but was interrupted by Parker.

Parker tensed his muscles and crossed his arms. "We all had noticed it. We already suspected it was because of that asshole."

Jude lowered his head and covered the camera before talking. He knew he would shed tears talking about this, and he didn't want his friends to see him in such a vulnerable way.

"B-Well it's that..." He took another pause. "A few months ago Sharp and I made a deal. He was very absent-minded and always forgot his backpack then he proposed a deal. It was s-simple, I gave him the things he needed every time he forgot his backpack, and the days in which I had to lend him things, he would do me the favor I wanted. I took advantage to use him as my helper in the robotics club since Parker was on a trip. W-we spent a lot of time talking to each other and I thought we were best friends. B-but one day he stopped n-needing my things and there I realized that I n-never mattered to him. I thought he spent time with me voluntarily and not because of that s-stupid deal, but in the end it turned out that no. And he ended up blocking me from all the apps." Jude's voice broke every time he pronounced a word, he passed the sleeve of his sweatshirt over his cheeks to then try to cover his noisy sobs with his hand.

There was a big silence after Jude's words. No one dared to open their mouth for fear of making it worse.

"Dude, Sharpness is an asshole, he didn't even try to communicate with you he ju-" Boomie couldn't finish the sentence, since he was interrupted by a noisy 'WHAT!?' caused by Flankee, he shouted so loud that his microphone crashed for a few seconds.

"Flank dude what's wrong with you!? You almost broke my eardrum" Parker complained while rubbing his ear.

"S-Sharpness did that to you!?"

"Y-yes." Jude made a pause to dry his tears better. When he was already ready, he turned on his laptop camera again. "What?"

"Sharpness didn't tell me that dude..."

"Wait, what? H-have you talked with Sharp?"

"Of course yes, we are friends and neighbors since we were little. He had told me some things about you, but I didn't know he had done that."

"What things did he tell you about me?"

"O-oh nothing just well th-that you were very nice and ehhh those things you know?" Flankee swallowed saliva and looked away from the camera, trying to hide his nervousness.

"This is absurd dude, if you don't want to tell us anything we'll ask Sharpness directly." Parker was about to leave the video call but Flankee talked again.

"W-wait wait!! Ok ok I'll tell you some things. But I can't tell everything, Sharpness would kill me if he found out about this. Sharp doesn't hate you, he only distanced himself from you because he thought you were going to hate him since you didn't say anything when you saw... that"

"What? I didn't saw 'that'. B-before he distanced himself from me we were playing together as usual, he didn't show me anything concrete. Is he maybe lying to others just to justify himself? Oh my god he despises me so much that he's inventing things. God I'm going to kill myself fuck..." Jude rested his elbows on his desk and took his hands to his head, this information had made him even more confused than he already was.

"What the fuck does that mean Flankee? You're only making things worse dude." Exclaimed Cow with an irritated tone while rubbing the bridge of his nose.

"I uh..." A female voice resonated in the room in Flankee calling him. "Oh i-it's my mother, I have to go guys uh sorry for the trouble I suppose and uh... Better ask Sharpness in person. Believe me, he doesn't hate you." Flankee said that last looking at the camera to then end the call.

Everyone stayed in silence thinking about what to do or what to say.

Did Sharpness really not hate him? He has blocked him from all the apps, they haven't talked again since that and he seems much happier without him. He would like to ask him in person, but he was afraid the answer was not the one he wanted to hear.

"Hey, if what Flankee said is true, if you want we can go ask him ourselves." Proposed Boomie, finally interrupting the uncomfortable silence.

"R-really? Would you do that for me?"

"We will all go dude, and if he doesn't want to tell us we give him a beating and that's it." Added Parker, while letting out a slight laugh.

"I..." Jude made a pause to swallow saliva while his eyes got wet again. "Thank you really guys. Y-you are the best friends I could have."

"Dude we will always be there for you, don't say thanks it's not necessary." Said Cow with a soft tone in his voice.

"Thanks."

After that day, Jude's friends didn't stop insisting with Sharpness. They harassed him constantly, leaving notes on his desk, going to his basketball trainings, following him in the bathrooms, until one day they discovered where he lived and almost entered his house by force. Nothing worked, the blond didn't listen to a single word of what they wanted to say. Until one day it was the drop that overflowed the glass.

"One two and... SHARPNESS LOSER YOU AVOID THE BALL LIKE YOU AVOID JUDE!" Exclaimed in unison the three boys sitting on the bleachers.

This was already impossible to bear.

He threw the basketball with strength to a nearby wall and approached the coach to tell him he needed a break. After, he directed to the bleachers where Jude's friends were sitting and stood in front of them.

"Ok look, I'm already here in person in front of you now tell me, what the fuck do you want from me? You've been like that for days, really I don't know what the fuck Jude has told you but we are in good term-"

"Good terms is that he starts crying for you every time he sees the color green just because it reminds him of your eyes?" Parker cut him in the middle of sentence, he couldn't stand such a lie that the blond was going to tell.

"Good terms is blocking him from all the apps when he only wanted to fix all this?" Added Boomie with a sarcastic tone in his voice.

"Good terms is that he has thought about changing to another school just to not see you?" Continued Cow.

"W-What? Jude really that hurted? D-doesn't he hate me?"

"Why would he hate you? He told us that before distancing you were normal, playing together while calling."

"D-didn't he open the notebook?"

"What notebook? He never mentioned something about a notebook."

"Th-the notebook we had together! I asked him to open it by the l-last page because I-I..." Sharpness babbled the last words in Serbian while his cheeks took a pale pink.

"What did you say? We haven't understood the last."

"It doesn't matter forget it, just..." Sharpness seemed in position to go running, but before doing it, he murmured some last words. "Tell him to open the notebook by the last page and... A-also tell him that I miss him. Please."

After that Sharpness went running again to the court and continued training with his friends as if none of that had happened. Although he looked a bit more clumsy than in the other trainings. Does Jude miss him so much? He thought he would hate him, that he would call him disgusting or weird and would laugh at him, that's why he decided to keep distance. But knowing that Jude was so bad for him gave him a feeling of indescribable happiness and at the same time a bitter feeling for knowing he was sad.

He took a look at the bleachers, Jude's friends had already gone. The blond thought they were harassing him to make fun of him, that Jude had sent them to insult him and humiliate him. In the end it was only that they wanted to help Jude. He felt a little guilty for having ignored them for so many days since they only wanted to help Jude, but he would wish that Jude had come in person. He misses seeing those dazzling magenta eyes and that warm smile. He would wish he had never confessed, so everything would be normal.

"What? The notebook?" Jude was sitting in the school cafeteria with his friends around him, telling him what happened yesterday in the conversation with Sharpness.

"Yes, he said you opened it and he thought you would hate him for that or something like that." Explained Boomie while taking a sip of his orange juice.

"What a weird guy, surely it was a stupid excuse to leave us alone." Said Parker, resting his elbows on the table.

"As far as I remember he didn't say anything about the notebook..." Jude took his hands to his head and started to 'squeeze' his neurons trying to remember. "Ah I know! The last time we called together he told me to check the last page of the notebook, I saw it, it was a very bad drawing on the last page of the notebook and I laughed. And suddenly then he left the call babbling things in Serbian."

"What?" Said the three in unison spitting the food from their mouth.

"Dude how disgusting, cover your mouth! Well, I don't think that's the reason why Sharpness stopped talking to me, he's not that dramatic."

"Do you have the notebook here? Maybe we could take a look." Cow took Jude's backpack without warning and started rummaging among his things, throwing everything on the floor.

"Dude stop if you break something you'll pay for it!" Jude was about to snatch the backpack from him when Cow raised his arm with a black notebook decorated with stickers as if it was a trophy he had just won.

"I found it!" Cow opened the notebook and the others put themselves around to leaf through it. Jude never used that notebook, only Sharp wrote in it. The first pages were notes of any subject, some reminders of trainings or dates, drawings that Sharpness did when he got bored in class... They saw like 90 sheets of things without importance, until they arrived at the last page of the notebook. It was only a stupid drawing of Bonnie from FNAF fighting against Saber from Fate.

"Do you see it? It was only a stupid drawing. Surely he has invented an excuse to not talk to me."

"Yes dude. He's a jerk, I don't know how he can have friends really." Said Parker about to take the notebook and close it.

"Jude did you only see until here?" Asked Cow.

"Uh yes, what?"

"You forgot to turn the page dude. There's still one face left to read." Said Boomie while passing the sheet.

"Oh..."

Hi Judey, uh tbh I don't know how to tell you this but I can't take this anymore. I'm in love with you. Since I saw you. Since they assigned us the seats I saw you next to me and I stayed hooked on you I mean youre so cool, I don't have words to describe u, youre simply perfect in my eyes. I forgot my backpack every day because in the mornings I only thought about seeing you again and I never remembered to do anything. The first day we spent together in the robotics club my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. I didn't know how to tell you this so I decided to make you a letter and see how you reacted after. I know you consider me your best friend, but the truth is I never considered you that, I wanted something more. Jude I love you and I hope you don't hate me for it. If you don't want anything with me it's ok but please don't act like none of this happened. I don't care if you react badly, just don't ignore this, please. I never fell in love so much with a person in my life and I think I will never feel something so strong for someone who isn't you.

Sharpness.

It already made sense.

Sharpness didn't hate Jude, Jude didn't answer his confession because he didn't even know there was one, Sharpness thought Jude was ignoring his feelings and was ashamed, deciding to distance himself.

The whole group stayed in silence after reading it. Suddenly Jude snatched the notebook from Cow's hands and went running at full speed, without even taking his backpack.

"Jude wait, where are you going!?" Boomie shouted loud enough for the other to hear him, but Jude simply ignored him.

He didn't know if he would still be on the court. It was already almost 16:15 and Sharpness' training ended about 15 minutes ago, if he was lucky he could find him there.

Jude accelerated the step and when he finally found the court where Sharpness trained, he tripped over an invisible stone making him almost fall forward. Almost, until he felt a strong grip on his waist, which saved him from his fall.

"Ј-Jеси ли добро?" The savior of his fall spoke. It was a voice he recognized too well.

"What?" Jude incorporated while raising his head, making his gaze meet Sharpness's, who turned red in a matter of seconds.

"N-nothing nothing! it's nothing forget it..." He diverted his gaze to the floor. "Y-your friends have t-told you that already or?.."

"Yes."

"O-oh and well uh what do you thi-"

"You're a complete idiot."

Sharpness opened his eyes surprised and then lowered his head again. "W-well I already knew it wasn't r-reciprocated so sorry for having bother-"

"Let me finish you idiot." Jude pinched his cheek forcing him to look him in the eyes. "You should have confessed better. I didn't even know you had confessed! You didn't tell me anything, you only told me to open the notebook by the last page and I thought you wanted me to see the drawing, not this stupid confession!" Exclaimed Jude while shaking the black notebook he had in his hand. "You're an idiot for having distanced yourself without saying anything. And for believing that I wouldn't reciprocate your feelings. And for not having told me in person and also for not having helped me finish OUR animatronic!"

"I-i'm sorry is just that I-I..."

"Is that you what?"

"Нисам хтео да ме сматраш чудним... мислио сам да ме мрзиш." Sharpness murmured something that Jude didn't know what it was, but he supposed it was Serbian since he always let it out when he was nervous

"That is happening to you again."

The difference between Sharpness and a tomato was almost null. "S-sorry I didn't! I-I didn't... I didn't know how to tell you, I didn't want you to call me weird and I thought you we're going to hate me and-"

He couldn't finish his sentence when Jude took him by the t-shirt and stood on tiptoes to stamp his lips against the other's. It was a brusque kiss. Strong and hurried, as if they only had a few minutes left before the world ended. A kiss full of desperation and mutual longing that gave them a warm and soft sensation in the mouth.

After separating due to lack of air Jude gave him a small hit on the other's chest.

"You're an idiot."

"That means you don't want to be my boyfriend?"

"I never said I didn't want to."

The next day Jude woke up full of energy, he felt much more relieved as if he had been born again.

He sat at his desk and sat with his arms crossed while waiting for Sharpness to arrive. The sound of the door made him open his eyes looking for the blond with his gaze, who was already sitting next to him, without backpack.

Jude let out a slight laugh before talking. "You didn't bring the backpack today?"

"Nope, I don't need it. Can you lend me your stuff Judeeeyyy?" He asked while putting his sad puppy face.

Jude gave him a tender kiss on the cheek.

"Robotics classroom, as always."

"Deal."
