   Summary

   “Where am I from, Sherlock?” James asked flatly.
   “Ireland.” He answered. “County Cork. You were never more specific than that.”

   James’ face shifted into a more expectant look, as if that was meant to have produced some manner of realization in Sherlock, which wasn’t the case.
   “What does you being from Ireland have to do with any of this?” He pressed, when James only continued to stare at him in apparent expectation.
   “What does being me Irish have to do with my mistrust of the British government?” The man replied, in a positively withering deadpan.
   “Ireland is a part of the United Kingdom.” Sherlock remarked. “Therefore, you’re a citizen in the same way that I am. I don’t understand the point you’re trying to make.”
   “Jesus fucking Christ…” James muttered, burying his head in his hands.
