   Jason Todd is running away from his past and trying to build a new life but his past is not quite done with him just yet and he is roofied, gets in a motorcycle accident, and lashes out against paramedics and cops. Helpless and in deep trouble, Matt Murdock is called to help.

   This fic explores Jason trying to come to terms with his past while falling in love with Matt. It features discussions on internalised repression and regret, some angst, some smut and a happy ending.

   For all intents and purposes Daredevil's New York exists in the DC Universe and Gotham is like the creepy neighbour everyone avoids.
