Summary
The moment they’re inside Chad’s loft, cut off from the word, he backs Robert up against the metal door. The thick musk of a long day sweating in his flight suit is all over Robert’s skin. Robert’s smaller, leaner, dangerous with all that fast-twitch muscle. He's always ready, always tense, reflexes waiting for a threat.
