Summary
For most of her adult life, Cassie couldn’t remember ever taking care of herself. She was always taking care of someone else. Her younger sister, the patients at work, Harrison. Somewhere along the way she lost herself. She lost herself in caring for everyone else and no one noticed she was drowning. She was semi thankful for that but then of course, there was Dana Evans. The same Dana she met almost 20 years ago as a pre-med student trying to figure out why her little sister had a rash that just wouldn’t go away.
