   Summary

Today was a chore day. One of the worst he'd had in awhile. Rick had long since been sending him off to sell his drugs and his weapons, but as Morty got older, he was trusted with more and more responsibility. "Family business" Rick called it. In reality hex was just offloading shit he didn't want to do onto Morty and making it sound cooler than it is.

   ***

A day in the life of Morty in his mid-twenties, still doing Rick's chores.
