"Shua-yah," Jeonghan’s voice was a low, melodic murmur, perfectly tuned to the quiet intimacy of the room. "Are you awake, love?"
Joshua hummed in response, pushing his face deeper into the pillow.
Jeonghan entered slowly, his movements deliberate and quiet, as if not to disturb the sanctity of the nest. Joshua felt the warmth of his body, the gentle shift of air as Jeonghan settled on the floor beside the nest, not climbing in just yet. There was a clinking sound, a subtle aroma of something utterly delicious beginning to mingle with Jeonghan’s Alpha scent.
