   Shane's not a fucking idiot. He knows Ilya has a reputation. He's one of the best players in the league, only rivaled by Shane himself really. And sure, Ilya is more aggressive in his play style than Shane, but he's nowhere near as bad as someone like Dallas Kent. So he has a few fights and is in the penalty box every so often. It's hockey! It's not like Ilya is like that in real life! He just doesn't understand why on earth everyone seems so scared of his sweetheart husband!
