   Summary

   Boq's eyes creak open and the world is sideways. It takes a great effort more than usual to heave himself up, his bearings flung elsewhere entirely. He wrenches himself to standing and stumbles, and a severe screeching, like a fork against a dish, drowns her voice out. He lurches forward on unsteady feet, and Nessa steps toward him, steady on hers.
