Summary
The professor was passionately talking about something Minho wasn’t listening to at all. Instead, he was slowly rolling a pen between his fingers and, for the hundredth time, staring blankly around the lecture hall. The professor’s words went in one ear and out the other, and his thoughts were somewhere else. Suddenly, his smartphone screen flickered, silently signaling a new message. Minho immediately looked down. Seeing a familiar name on the display, he instantly set the pen aside and tapped the notification icon.
It was Gally. He’d sent a picture of himself sitting at a table at an outdoor café, surrounded by his new college friends. Gally was smiling gently at the camera, and behind him, Minho immediately recognized Brenda and Frypan. The Asian guy began to look closely at the photo, noticing every little detail. Even though it was pretty cold, they’d decided to eat outdoors and were wrapped up in warm jackets. Minho also noticed that Gally’s hair had grown out a bit, and his face seemed to have matured in that short time.
