“We found something that might interest you. Have you heard of the Darkness Exploration Records?”
A link was attached to the message:

Wifies was already working on another mystery given to him by the Vex Syndicate. He still needed to find Hummer and the Leviathan, so he wasn't expecting another mystery to show up so soon.
The Darkness Exploration Records, or DER, was a fan-made wiki created by people who enjoyed horror stories. This wasn't anything new. Wifies had seen plenty of similar wikis floating around the internet, like the SCP Foundation.
So why would the Vex Syndicate send this to him?
It wasn't like the wiki had anything to do with Minecraft. Still, he decided to look around and see if he could find anything suspicious. Maybe there was some sort of ARG hidden within DER.
After a few minutes of searching, he found a strange string of numbers.
More importantly, it was a Minecraft seed.
The seed looked oddly familiar, as if he had entered it before.
And when he finally loaded into the world, he remembered exactly where he had seen it.
The terrain was a confusing mixture of stone and deepslate. He remembered entering this world while trying to solve another mystery. He also remembered meeting three other mystery solvers there.
They had explored the world together and eventually found themselves standing on some kind of coliseum-like platform.
There was nothing there except four lights, each positioned at one of four gates facing one another.
But It didn't do anything when they all stepped into it. After that they eventually left the world after finding whatever they needed to.
Wifies logged into the server using his alt account, UnAndi.
“You're also here?”
He turned his head toward the familiar voice.
Two for two.
It looks like he still hadn't changed his alt account to be more anonymous so it was pretty obvious who it was.
“I was expecting to see you here, Zacho.”
Zacho, another YouTuber Wifies had worked with not too long ago, was standing nearby.
They talked for a little while before rain suddenly began pouring down on them.
“Hey guys, you're here too!”
Lomedy approached them wearing his detective outfit.
And, somehow, he had brought his bad energy with him.
Three for three.
“Did your AGRs bring you here?” Wifies asked.
“Nope. Well, maybe. I got another email from Vex.”
“You too, huh?”
Before they could say anything else, another voice joined the conversation.
They turned around.
Four for four.
“What's up, Renders. Did you also get an email about this wiki?”
“The Darkness Exploration Records?”
“Yeah!”
Renders nodded.
It looked like all four of them had received the exact same email about the ghost story wiki.
But why?
Why had the Vex Syndicate brought all of them here?
And what were they supposed to find?
As the quartet began discussing the next course of action something strange happened.
The blocks around them began disappearing.
One by one.
“Guys—”
Before they could figure out what was happening, the floor beneath them vanished.
All four of them fell.
They dropped rapidly into the void.

Wifies woke up in a lecture hall.
Rows upon rows of chairs filled the hall, with hundreds of people sitting in them. Everyone was looking toward the stage, where a person who appeared to be the host of the event stood in front of them.
The audience suddenly erupted into cheers and applause.
Wifies looked around in confusion.
This looked like some kind of orientation for new employees at a large corporation.
Everyone around him wore different expressions.
Some looked happy.
Others looked nervous.
Wifies scanned the rows until he spotted someone familiar sitting to his left.
Zacho.
He had the exact same confused expression.
Wifies then noticed nearby, a man with black hair rushing out of his seat to try to leave.
Wifies stared at him for a moment.
What was this place?
And more importantly...
Why were they here?
