    Charlie’s eyes fly open, and she sees green. 

    It’s all she can see. 

    There is green, and it stings terribly at her eyes. She tries to open her mouth to scream, but the green floods past her lips, and suddenly she’s drowning. Her arms scrabble forward desperately, clawing at the sludgey liquid all around her as it chokes at her burning lungs.

    Or: Charlie wakes up alone in a strange green pit without any of her memories and tries to figure out who she is, why she has strange powers, and how she can get home.
