   Summary

   The thing about the Department of Magical Games and Sports was that nobody had ever expected it to do anything.

   This was not an insult. It was practically the department's founding principle, carved above the door in a Latin motto that Harry had once translated with a dictionary and a great deal of squinting, and which came out roughly as Let Us Not Be Hasty. Below it, someone had scratched or anything else with the point of a quill, probably around 1890, and nobody had ever bothered to sand it off.
